The Platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the customer relationship, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or as part of ongoing AML monitoring. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or the withholding of withdrawals pending verification completion.
Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful processing. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
